Episode #1 of the Live Action Worm Hero show including his wife, "Worm Hero & Susanne" opened with a vivid fever-dream like scene that involved gigantic genital crabs called "Modo's" being eaten alive by even bigger sewer rats - this was followed by Worm Hero using his nuclear-powered telekinesis to rip apart the sewer rats in order to save the Modo's who were a much hated element of the show as it didn't stick to the original creature idea.
